The hand of the Lord is upon me,
I am an heir of His grace
My life is safe in the palm of his hands
I’m blessed and highly favoured all my days.
 
Day by day his goodness chases me
Through and through his mercy is renewed
Time and time again I see his favour
In this life, I’ve seen his faithfulness
 
Many, many, many blessings I have seen
Of what the Lord has done,
Of what the Lord has done for me.

The joy of the Lord is within me
I’m overflowing with his endless love
My hands are his instruments of grace and peace
To bring life and kindness all my days
