MINJIN (Artist Biography, Lyrics and Albums)

Minjin, whose real names are Adewale Lawanson Junior, is a Nigerian singer, music producer, song writer, painter, actor, dancer and Choreographer.
He started singing at the age of sixteen. He played the lead role in the all-black-cast High School Musical in Nigeria in 2010 and was was signed to Kennis music after winning Kennis Music’s Centage Superstar musical talent hunt.
He released his first single in 2010, but really rose to fame with the song “Coupe decale remix” featuring Kukere Master Iyanya, released in June 2013. He left to Kennis Music in 2014.
Minjin has several releases among which:  "Coupe Decale Remix", "Baby Kojo", "Bunga", "Philo", "Swee"t, "Jare" and "SugarBoy" released in July 2020.
He is a painter and a member of the Extremely Talented Artists (ETA) Foundation and the Society of Nigerian Arts. As an actor, Minjin also played the lead role in “Newman Street”, a  movie  project  of the USAID and UNICE.
