MARINA (Artist Biography, Lyrics and Albums)

Marina, born Uwase Ingabire Marina on 28 August 1997 in RWAMAGANA district, Eastern Provence of Rwanda,   is a Rwandan singer and songwriter. Marina is singed under THE MANE records, which is represented by “Bad Rama”
 
She is a first child in  a family of two children. She grew up with her parents in Rwamagana  before  moving to Kigali to for her music career.

Marina started singing in ADEPER Church  in the Choir called INTAMA ZA YESU in Rwamagana at Rwikubo. She left ADEPER after finishing her sixth year of primary school and  moved in “Zion Temple” in Azaph. In secondary school Marina studied “Accounting”  and  graduated from ESSA Nyarugunga school, located at Kanombe, in Kigali city.

Music Career
Marina says he has always dreamt to become a Musician.
In November 2016, she participated in the “sing and win” Airtel competition on Kiss FM radio, where people where invited to sing t win prizes.  Marina called the radio, sang a song of Buravan and Uncle Austin called “Urwo ngukunda” and was a winner.

She recorded her first song in January 2017 titled “Byarara bibaye” and produced in  Monstar record studio by Producer Fazzo big Producer. The song became very popular and allow her to known across the country. When working with Uncle Austin she also released  Byarara bibaye, bikakubera, Too Much with Urban boys, Khalifan and Austin…..

She later moved to The Mane records, where she still currently signed. .
